Yesterday was Remembrance Day when our thoughts turned to the past – let us remember all those nations, citizens and human beings that are at “war” right now. I write “war” as a catch-all for military conflict.

So, whatever your religious, political or geographical beliefs or home, let us think about those dying in wars in:
Turkey and Iraq - over Kurdish extremist attacks into Turkey.

Afghanistan and Iraq – over the war on terror or oil prices, or both

India and Pakistan - over the control of Kashmir

Pakistan and Israel - over the control of Jerusalem amongst other things

Russia and Chechnya – over the Chechnya people

Plus : Sudan, Mexico, Algeria, Colombia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Myanmar (formerly Burma), and the list goes on.
