I seem to be receiving more and more of these – You know the sort of thing:

"Send this to 10 people within an hour of reading it or you will receive bad luck"

It is a form of bullying, that is on the increase. These are at best unpleasant and at worst destructive in terms of time, volume of traffic and personal wellbeing.
