LDNA will track your Naked Leader Formula for Guaranteed Success footprint. Used before and after an intervention we can tell you how much more likely you are to achieve your goal.
Employee Engagement
Research has shown highly engaged employees can improve business performance by up to 30 per cent and that fully engaged employees are 2.5 times more likely to exceed performance expectations than their ‘disengaged’ colleagues.* Employee Engagement Surveys are often done in isolation, which leads to the question of whether people are engaged in doing the right things. By combining engagement with Return on Investment and the Formula for Guaranteed Success, it becomes real, focused and of greater benefit.
Return on Investment
Used before and after your change programme, LDNA will show you the return on your investment, by measuring the increased LDNA against your goal and what is required to achieve it. Average salary figures are taken into account for each band to arrive at a monetary figure to prove the Return on Investment of any intervention.
