Do you have a mentor?

Mentorship

I have been very fortunate to have had really good mentors that have really inspired me and helped me

through very difficult stages of my career , professional study and family life . Their help has been invaluable. My advice to anyone is to seek people who they admire to help and support them.

The best bit is when things go right or you have a success and you are able to share this news and celebrate with your mentor.

Best of luck in finding the right people

I have indirect mentors with everyone I work with. Each individual has a unique way of looking at things and therefore, if you are open to it, you can learn and allow yourself to be mentored by anyone you trust.

I used to have a mentor and it was great as i learned so much.  I would like to find another mentor

I find that mentors often learn as much from the experience as the person who is being mentored. I've become quite good friends with all of my mentors over the years and, when we catch up now, we often reflect back and laugh about how neither of us actually had any clue what we were doing.

Love the idea of a mentor. Have followed David closely in my way of thinking and hope that his vision rubs off on me and others who share it.
