Don't waste time and energy

LIKE it or not, much of our time, and energy, is spent in company meetings. We can make of these what we will.
Treat them as a waste of time and that is what they will become. Use them to pass the time, and that is what they will do. However, utilise them to better understand your peers and organisation, and to build rapport, and the time will not be wasted. It will be an investment – with some fun thrown in as well.
The meetings we have are not very constructive and I agree,cab waste time. Only have them if they are of use to all concerned.
I agree, meetings can be a complete waste of time and it's important that when you have them, everybody benefits.
Meetings can be effective if they are for the right reasons. Sadly, too many companies are having them because it is seen to be the right thing to do rather than actually the right thing to do. So in that respect they are not in the least bit helpful.
Can't stand meetings for the sake of them. One of the greatest things about working for yourself is you don't have to have them. Great!
I never had fun at company meetings! Damn..
