How much do you know?
KNOW your customers better than they know themselves, particularly online. Segment customers into your own, not an industry's, buying types. Make it very easy for your customers and potential customers to buy from you.
In an age of technology and push-button services, put real people at the frontline, and make sure they have real power to make decisions, ie, whatever decisions your customers need them to be able to make.








It's important to know your customers. Thei needs, requirements etc. Otherwise it's not worth being in business.
Customers are the lifeblood of any business so you could not place too much importance on them in your business. The trick is finding out what they need and nurturing that need.
