People matter

PEOPLE are not just an organisation's number one asset. They are its only asset. People are the organisation. And, as a business owner, they are your route to success. Win over the loyalty of your people and everything else will look after itself. Your success will be automatic.
Remember this, people will only ever do something to the best of their ability for one reason, and one reason alone. Because they want to. It's your job to make them want to.
Computers are handy too.
As someone once said to me "the next big thing is people - the challenge is that people are waiting for the next big thing" (If this was you who said this please comment as I honestly can't remember who to attribute this to - its brilliant)
I am a firm believer in people being the most important aspect of a company. Without them you are nothing. They are the driving force and you have to make them want to work for you.
People matter, of that there is no doubt. Without people there wouldn't be a company. Full stop.
