Unlock the strengths that you already have.

It doesn’t matter if you have them because of nature, or nurture, all that matters is that you have them.

At the start of this new decade, if you are serious about changing your life, your team or your organisation, for good, then find out what everyone’s top three strengths are, and make sure they get to use them in their day to day work.

Because when used, strengths grow, when not, they shrink.

So, what are your top three strengths?

With my best wishes for a great 2010.

David

Poll: 2010 will be a great year for me, personally.

I am assertive, compassionate and loving. In that order. So that would make me a good businessman and husband. I'm not married yet but I'm willing to take on someone.

I can be generous, conscientious and lenient. It doesn't always make me a good person but i get by.

In no particular order:

  • I share my knowledge and experience freely and encourage others to do likewise
  • I am passionate about developing myself and others
  • Integrity is extremely important to me

Thanks David. I'm going to ask my team the same question and make sure they get to use their personal strengths for the good of themselves and the organisation.

Best Wishes for 2010 to you and all readers.

Steve

I would also like to say, It'll be interesting to see whether their responses match what I think each of their top 3's are!

Those three are superb.

That's very generous of you Chris. Thankyou!
