What do the text editor tool bar buttons do?

Each of the toolbar buttons performs a different function. They are, from left to right:

• Format - sets highlighted text to a particular style, such as Heading 1, Heading 3, Normal, etc. You can use this function to create sections, sub-sections and distinct parts of your posts.
• Bold - makes selected text heavier.
• Italics - makes selected text display in italics.
• Numbered List - creates a numbered list.
• Bullet List - creates a dot-point list, like this one.
• Create a hyperlink (link) - creates a link to an internal or external webpage/website. See the help topic on how to create a link for assistance with this. Creating internal links can be a bit tricky, so be sure to read up about that.
• Break a hyperlink - removes a link from selected text if one exists.
• Insert an image - allows you to upload an image to the server and insert it into your post. Take a look at the help topic on how to insert an image for more help with this.
