Debbie Connors
Debbie Connors is our Mental Toughness specialist with Naked Leader Events.
Debbie is a highly experienced performance coach, mentor and business consultant. She specialises in Mental Toughness, helping ambitious executives, business leaders and high achievers deliver peak performance, whatever the challenge, whatever the demand, whatever the situation. Her incisive perception and unique mix of personal transformation techniques rapidly develops individuals to new levels of energy, resilience and personal sustainability.
Debbie has a deep passion for developing people and helping them to reach and maintain their true potential. Her approach is unique and powerful – peppered with the latest psychological and scientific understanding, and using the best of holistic methods and proven management techniques.
Her business experience is exceptionally wide, spanning both public and private sectors where she has contributed at both strategic and operational levels. Debbie’s down to earth and relaxing style combines with a healthy mix of challenge and support and a strong belief in enjoyment and fun in life.
Chris Merrington
Chris Merrington is our specialist in Sales and Negotiation with Naked Leader Events.
Chris is one of the UK’s leading training consultants on Negotiations, New Business, Sales/Consultative selling, and Presentation.
His training courses are popular with major organisations such as EMAP, M&G, Zurich Insurance, The Telegraph, Times Educational Supplement and advertising/marketing agencies and the IPA and the Marketing Communication Consultants Association.
A member of the Professional Speakers Association – he is a sought after speaker at seminars and conferences and he is an NLP Practitioner.
Chris has 20 years experience in leading Marketing Communication agencies involved in ‘through the line’ and Direct Marketing selling to senior clients in major blue chips and government clients.
He has won a number of marketing awards for clients: Dunhill, PG Tips, BurgerKing and PizzaHut.
He knows what works and what doesn’t.
Bob Perry
Bob Perry is our NLP specialist with Naked Leader Events.
Bob is highly acknowledged as a leading international management consultant, coach and mentor specialising in advanced leadership, behavioural and communications skills for high achievers and ambitious leaders.
His experience in these fields is unsurpassed. He has worked with large corporations including Oracle, British Energy, British Airports Authority and many, many others across the globe. He has delivered programmes from Moscow to Malta, from Athens to Estonia, from Paris to the US.
His experience of NLP is at the leading edge.
Bob is a highly accomplished, entertaining and enthusiastic speaker of substantial achievement. In addition to his international consulting practice and work with Naked Leader, he is also a frequent speaker at the Oracle University.
His pragmatic and very down to earth approach, coupled with his international experience and knowledge of what will work and what will not work in the real world, is a rare and refreshing

Elliott Weider
Elliot Weider is our Emotional Intelligence specialist with Naked Leader Events.
He is an internationally acknowledged management consultant, coach and mentor who has led and developed leadership transformation programmes in a number of large organisations. He specialises in behavioural skills transfer for personal growth, and coaching and mentoring for personal achievement.
Elliot has worked with a range of blue chip organisations across the UK and has extensive experience of working in the US, Europe, and the Far East.
He spent many years working for one of Britain’s leading retailers in a variety of marketing and commercial leadership roles. His experience and insights from his business background and his ability to see things from a practical real world point of view have made Elliot exceptional – someone who can talk pragmatically, from solid real life experience.
Elliot is passionate about encouraging people to accept and acknowledge their emotions, talents and behaviours so they can make a real, positive difference to themselves and to the organisations in which they work.
Tony Westwood
Tony Westwood is Naked Leader Golf Director.
Tony is a highly acclaimed, PGA qualified, international golf professional with over 17 years at the top of his sport.
His match experience is immense and at golf’s leading edge. He played full time on the PGA Midland circuit and was the Leicestershire Alliance Champion in 1990 and 1991 as well as winning many more county and regional events. In 1992 was in the top five on the overall ‘money list’, and had a stroke average for the year of 71.25 over 33 rounds of golf. In 1998, with his partner, he qualified for the Lombard Trophy finals, the largest Pro-Am event in Europe.
During this time, in addition to the essential technical aspects of play, Tony recognised the awesome power that mental state and attitude had, and became fascinated by the mind and its role in playing golf – and in getting consistently high results. This, and his extensive involvement with Naked Leader, led to some amazing discoveries on how golf can and should be coached. He is now uniquely qualified in combining his knowledge and practical expertise of the golf swing with key Naked Leader principles. The result? The best of the very best. A groundbreaking, revolutionary, and results proven approach that fast tracks consistent improvement and achievement in the game of golf.
