The Plays
Before I wrote The Naked Leader books, I had been writing plays for five years, and was actively involved in drama, most recently with The Kelvin Players in Bristol, an outstanding group.
I have completed six plays, five one-act and one full length, and I have as many again as works in progress. All except one are comedies, the exception being about The Falklands War. I am humbled to say that all have been performed.
These were recently resurrected and are all available for performance:
• There is no fee, all I ask is a donation of £25 per play, to The Princes Trust.
• Please let me know you are performing, so I can send you formal permission, ensure no-one else in your area is performaing the same play, put some publicity out for you, and maybe even come and see it.
• These plays are very much in a workshop style – they can be performed as written, or amended in rehearsal or improvised during actual performance. All I ask is that you remain true to the spirit of the play.
