YOU are far more likely to take action and be persistent when you focus on what you want, rather than on what you don’t want.
No matter how negative a situation appears this week, no matter how few choices you think you have, and above all, no matter how others are reacting, always focus very clearly on what you want to happen as an outcome.
Then, more ideas will come to you, on what to do. In addition, you will be in a more positive frame of mind and have more energy to follow through and take action.

A agree, focusing on what you want is time better spent. I like to be positive in my outlook.
I adopt this approach. It normally gets me what I want.
Have an end goal. Then work towards that goal.
It boils down to having an end goal. And aiming at it.
Not everything can be achieved in one hit.
I draw up a list and tackle a priority one at a time. Works a treat.
