  • Too often people in business aren’t aware of what they should be doing.
I know people in business on their own who don’t know what they are doing this week. No planning. No focus on what is to come. Just living from day to day.
    Dangerous thing to do.

Being given the chance to project manage is something we all should be striving to do.

If there are people who enjoy a certain type of project they should be given every opportunity to carry it through. Leading by example is something that should come from the top. However, leading yourself and taking the initiative for you is a good way to get noticed.

If you get the chance to do one, and lead it, I agree, it’s a good way to build you as a person.
