Action For The Week

GET the point people are making in an email. If they write the words ‘by the way’, their key, most important point will follow. Be wise to it.

I have found that in emails. The message is given and then, there it is, the PS, the ‘by the way’ which always is far more prevalent than it first intimates.
There is a real power in the ‘by the way’ statement.

How many times has that ben said to you over the years. Whe, in fact, it is obviously very important to that person.
