VALUES-BASED leadership is crucial to success. One of these values is openness.
Behind closed doors, be open with each other. That means you trust each other and share the truth without fear or favour. This is not easy as we do not want to hear negative things about ourselves especially from our peers.
However, openness need not be negative, but it has to happen. Only when you know the truth, the real issues in your team, can you move forward.
