Make That Strategy Compelling

MAKE sure you have a clear, concise, compelling strategy for your company. Ensure everyone in your organisation knows it. Also, how what they personally do relates to the strategy. Anything that you do that does not help you get closer to your vision, stop doing it. You will stop over a third of your work and create a refreshing clarity.

    Business plans are the DNA.

    Strategy has to be in place on day one of a business, or there is little hope of survival.
    A cashflow forecast is key as most business start-ups run out of cash in first year.
    Get a financial backer, allied to a good idea, and the world is yours.
