Make That Strategy Compelling

MAKE sure you have a clear, concise, compelling strategy for your company. Ensure everyone in your organisation knows it. Also, how what they personally do relates to the strategy. Anything that you do that does not help you get closer to your vision, stop doing it. You will stop over a third of your work and create a refreshing clarity.
