CONSIDER your New Year resolutions. How many can you achieve? Who can help you achieve this dream? Do you have someone with whom you can share the dream, who will laugh at you (very important)? Do you have someone close to you whom you can share this dream with, who will not laugh at you (even more important)?

  • I guess mine come down to will power. I want to give up chocolate and eat less and make sure I do a bit more exercise. That way I will make myself a happier person.
    That is the way I want to go about things. Whether I can shut out everything else and get on and do it is another matter!
